The drought has taken a toll on our lawns this year, but grass will grow back next year! As we are on a private well conservation of water was necessary. Thank you to all the gardeners who help water wilting newer trees, lilacs and forsythia early in mornings and in the evenings.

We'd like to remind all residents at Saco Woods that we have a 2 parking space allotment, and if you are lucky enough to have a carport--a carport is counted as a space.

Current vehicles are to be on file with the Property Manager at all times. We have noticed that many are not and ask that everyone update their information. Please respond immediately when a board member or when EG Chandler, our Property Manager reaches out. (Owner Information Form and Tenant Information Form)
